"See" and "Walk Through" Your House Before You Build

Mmmm "not so crazy about that." -- "Getting closer" -- "Ooooh - that’s it!"

These are comments made during our first 3D interactive floor plan design meeting with new clients, Harry and Kathy Chapman.

One week after getting their initial ideas for their home, we were able to let them "see" what their house would look like and "walk through" it. And, as we tell all of our clients who are concerned about making all of their design and finish choices, "You know it when you see it."

Can’t visualize hips, gables, dormers? Not sure if you want window shutters or stucco trim with keystones? Want to make sure the house can be built with only 2-3 steps to the front porch? Does it say "Wow - come in and see me" from the street?

All of these questions can be answered with a click of the mouse!

New 3D Software     Lee presenting the imaging.

This 3D system allows our plan designer, Jim/Lee/Patti and our homeowners to work as a team to:

  • share a variety of design ideas and immediately see the impact
  • communicate whether there are any building complications
  • explain the relative costs of each design choice to the overall budget
  • and make sure we are building the house of their dreams.

"That’s it - let’s get started!" Words we love to hear. Everyone’s happy.

  • The homeowners see exactly what their home will look like finished.
  • The designer eliminates back and forth lag time during the traditional paper design process.
  • Jim Beard Homes knows from Day One that we will have another happy and satisfied customer.

When you’re ready to start on plans, let us know. We can let you "see" your house long before we clear your lot.
