Meet the Fawcett's

Norm and Roxanne Fawcett

Stoeny Point

Year built: 1999

Almost nine years after moving in the Fawcetts will tell you they have had no problems - no cracks, no splits, no leaks, no major issues in all that time. Their home looks as good as the day they moved in. They credit the long-term quality of their home to the Jim Beard Home choice of above-code building products and construction processes.

They have a spectacular lake lot that is located well below the main road level, thus creating some unique construction problems. Delivering building materials on the site was a challenge. All concrete had to be pumped. Water drainage had to be figured out as the job progressed. Finally a driveway had to be installed that was not to steep to be practical. The final result is a beautiful home with one of the best views on Lake Greenwood.

Jim Beard Homes' Newest Builder

Please allow me to introduce our family's newest builder! Those of you with grandchildren know how "smart and good looking" I think he is. This is my new grandson, Reese. Lee and Whitney are the proud parents. Believe it or not this is the way he is most of the time - smiling and happy. Reese came dressed up for our "Red Neck Christmas Party" and had a great time - along with some of our more wild and crazy home owners. Look for that gallery to be added soon to our web site.

Our motto, "I Build It Like It's My Own", means we help you with every step of the process. If you are interested in our services and standards visit our web site at www.jimbeardhomes.com.
