Jim and Joan Broadbent recently sold their Hilton Head home and will begin building their dream home in Harborside. They needed to find a rental property for a year or more in the Greenwood area. They hoped to find a rental home on Lake Greenwood.

Patti researched rental properties through the Greenwood Index Journal, Internet and local real estate contacts. After visiting several of the options to provide information regarding pricing, location and cleanliness, she provided the Broadbent’s with a series of options. She took digital pictures of what she thought was the best option and e-mailed them to the Broadbents. Without them making a trip, she secured a 3 bedroom/2 bath town home on Lake Greenwood that more than met their needs. She also scheduled house and carpet cleaning services to do a move-in clean and stayed while they completed the work. In addition, she provided company names and phone numbers for all the required utility changes.
