Jim Beard Homes opens its Greenwood office! With the home building activity on the increase in Greenwood, Laurens and Newberry County, Jim Beard Homes held its Grand Opening Celebration in late March, showing our commitment to building in the Lakelands area.

Joining in the ribbon cutting celebration were members of the Greenwood Chamber of Commerce. Following the ribbon cutting, many of Jim Beard homeowners from the area who had built homes starting in 1998 came to offer their congratulations and share homebuilding stories at the well-attended Open House.

The office is a great place to meet with our customers for the first visit to discuss their plans, allowing them the opportunity to see many of our finished homes and read customer testimonials.
