Welcome

Welcome!

You can’t see the bones in your body through your skin, yet you know they are there and that a good bone structure keeps the body erect and tall and "looking good". Likewise, you can’t see the bones of the house once the drywall is installed, but good framing, like good bones, keeps the house erect, square and "looking great".

In this issue, "From the Ground Up" focuses on the importance of Framing. We will explain the extra steps we take to ensure that our homes have great bones. Then, we invite you to see the bones of our homes in person. We currently have four new homes in various stages: two in Grand Harbor, one in Harborside and one in North Augusta. We will be at the framing stage of at least one of these homes now through fall. So, read on and then come see us - we’d love to show you what good bones look like!

Happy reading!
