Welcome to our inuagural edition of the Jim Beard Homes newsletter! Our goal is to help our clients and future clients build their new home as easily and economically as possible. I will be doing a series of articles "From The Ground Up" explaining the building process, from the planning stages through the final process of changing all utilities into your name, as well as making sure you understand maintenance of your new home.
