Randy Wood - Field Supervisor As Field Supervisor, Randy assists Lee with daily operations. Being a "jack of all trades," Randy is involved in everything from lot preparation and erosion control during early stages of construction to the final punch list. He began his career working with his dad's painting crew. Over the years he has added to his construction and maintenance skills and has learned all stages of home construction while working for a previous employer. He gained proficiency in additional areas while working at Epworth Children's Home in Columbia, S.C.. He has been part of the Jim Beard Home's team since 2002 and enjoys working with all of our subcontractors and clients on a daily basis to maintain our high standards.
