Lee Graybeal - Vice President, Construction Manager Lee, Jim's stepson, began his building career during high school working on a framing crew. After college, he worked as a real estate broker in Aiken, S.C. In 1997, Lee became a full time employee with Jim Beard Homes. With a degree in Marketing from the University of South Carolina and Masters in Business Administration from Augusta State University, Lee has quickly proven himself in the custom home field. His education, combined with his artistic talents, provide the perfect balance to create your custom home within your budget.
